The most important part about being a nanny...

respecting the home rules, the rules the parents want to instill in their children, while also having fun and creating memories with the kids. The child needs to feel safe, secure, supported, and have their needs met. The nanny needs to be a safe space for them aswell, because no child needs to feel uncomfortable in their own home. Being a nanny comes with responsibilites but also creativity, having the child, or children looking forward to spending time with you is the biggest compliment.
