We are looking for a experienced caregiver to work with our 2-year-old child diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in our home. The ideal candidate will have experience implementing evidence-based approach and supporting early childhood development.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Implement proven therapy techniques to promote communication, social, and behavioral skills
-Track and document progress, adjusting strategies as needed
-Provide structure, consistency, and routine in daily activities
-Work closely with parents to ensure continuity of care
-Occasionally assist with a 3-year-old sibling as needed and facilitate group activities

REQUIREMENTS:
-Minimum 3 years of experience working with children with ASD
-Strong preference for having a degree in Early Childhood Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field is highly preferred
-Strong preference for having a certification in ABA therapy (RBT, BCaBA, or equivalent preferred)

JOB DETAILS:
-Location: Niagara Falls, ON (in-home)
-Hours: Minimum of 10 hours per week
-Compensation: based on experience and qualifications ($17.2 - $30 per hour)
