Is learning patience and understanding the communication barrier between a child and an adult. Creating a safe environment to learn coping skills, social skills and skills on self sufficiency is most important about being a nanny. As well as creating a noticeable decrease in workload for the parents.

Once I started school, my little sister started filling in for me on the days I couldn’t work. We are half sisters and look nothing alike, but they would call me her name all the time! When I corrected them, their laughs told you they knew the right name, they’re just smart enough to make that connection and joke about it at 2 years old!
