My experience with special needs children...

the past 11 years I have taking care of my cousin that is autistic. Over the time I have watched after him, I have learned how to help him cope with situations that seem very overwhelming for him, and teaching him different ways he can make a bad situation into something more positive.

The most important part about being a nanny...

I had a babysitting job that was only for a few weeks watching after three sisters that were under the age of seven, on my last day they each wrote me little notes saying they will "bag" their mom into letting me move in with them! Lol
