Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I was a live in nanny for 2 months for a family from the UK, they had two girls ages 5 and 9. I cooked, cleaned and did bedtime with them as well as did various activities throughout the day!
I also baby sat for two boys ages 6 and 10 for a few years, I did very light cooking and cleaning but did very active activities with them like swim and play soccer; occasionally I also helped with schoolwork.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I looove swimming as well as any ball sports, walking, hiking and playground play are all things I also love. I definitely believe in an active lifestyle, however chilling inside and doing something like coloring, drawing, painting or reading sound just as good! Cooking and baking are passions of mine as well, music is also a huge part of my life that I try to incorporate into the day with the kids.

The most important part about being a nanny to me is creating a connection with the child or children that we both love, I would love to be able to be a safe place for kids to be themselves; creativity is so important to me and one of my favorite things about kids so allowing them to let that part of them shine is my goal.

One of my favorite moments has to be with the two boys that I baby sat for, it was Christmas time and so I made sugar cookies and prepped a bunch of icing and toppings and did a whole evening of cookie decorating with them; we put on Christmas music and danced and laughed, it was one of the most special things.
