The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part to me about being a nanny is making sure the kids feel as safe as they would feel with a parent/garduian. I also strive to make it my goal that parants trust me with their children and are confident they are being well taken care of.
My experience with special needs children...
I have cared for children on the spectrum, as well as children who are developmentally delayed. My experiance with children on the spectrum ranges from kiddos who are high functioning to kiddos who are non verbal.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite nanny moment would have to be when I had been dealing with some health issues and could not take care of my nanny kids for a while but had come to surprise them at a sports game of theirs and when they saw me they ran up and gave me big hugs and wouldnt leave my side :)
