Activities I enjoy doing with children...
Playing with toys
Reading books
Jamming out to music
Encouraging them to participate in hands on tasks that are appropriate and safe but also while making it fun instead of something that seems routine or like a chore. Like learning how to fold clothes or putting away groceries & dishes. Pretty much anything that can keep them happy & learning but also occupied other than screen time.

The most important part about being a nanny...
It’s most important to me to engage in 1 on 1 attention with the kids. I love the beauty in teaching them new things and helping them grow into the kindest people. It’s important to me to have patience and to build a connect with the kids so they can trust and respect me just as much as I respect them. I want to be able to have a great bond not JUST be a nanny but a friend too💕
My experience with special needs children...
Being a teacher aide I had experience with a handful of special needs children I’ve learned to be more patient and kind with them. Growing up I was blessed with a very close friendship with a classmate of mine that was special needs and we still are very good friends today. The majority of my experience with special needs would actually be within some of my younger cousins. I’ve always had a great connect with special needs children and adults, mainly because I’m attentive and caring but mostly because I’m willing to put in the work to care for and respect special needs children and adults. I’ve also worked in special needs homes for adults, it was such a fun experience getting to support and befriend so many people.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite nanny moment was actually recently. I was walking into the house to start the day and the 2 yr old I nanny for seen me and immediately, his face lit up with excitement while he said “Jae Jae” which is my nickname for the littles. It always warms my heart seeing him so happy to greet me☺️
