Hello, I have a passion for teaching, nurturing, and caring for children of all ages. My extensive experience allows me to join any environment with enthusiasm. I love including cooking or preparing healthy meals, singing, yoga, early childhood development, Spanish, foreign language, and outdoor play with my little clients. I’m very in tune with their needs, especially when it comes to balancing sleep, diet, and play. Many parents enjoy my attention to etiquette & grooming. Lastly, I have over 10-years of experience working with children on the spectrum, ranging from high to low functioning, including non-verbal. I’ve helped introduce and support proactive strategies for language and skill development, including behavior intervention. I’m currently a registered ABA therapist, working with children diagnosed with ASD.

More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I currently work as a registered ABA Therapist, working directly with children diagnosed with ASD, Autism Spectrum Disorder. I’ve worked in Behavioral Health providing support to both children and adults. My speciality is using PBIS(Positive behavioral interventions and supports). Rather than using reactive, punitive, and exclusionary consequences measures, my focus is proactive, preventative, and educative processes that will reduce the need for disciplinary measures, supporting client behavioral, academic, social, emotional, and mental health.

I’m certified in Article 9, Early Childhood Education, registered ABA Therapist, Prevention & Support, and have an updated fingerprint clearance card.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

Playtime is the most important time for a child as they learn so much through play. Puzzles, building blocks, reading, languages, music, singing, body movement(dance, yoga, climbing), relaxation, meditation, and more.
