my name is Jalinda Pontes and I am a middle child with three younger siblings. I am a graduate from Windham Technical School. I took culinary arts as my trade so I would know how to cook a good little meal for your child. I am very careful with what I do and I’m very caring. I get told a lot of the time that I am good with children. I love working with children and I feel that I am a person that loves to have fun and also loves to play safe. I am currently a student studying Early Childhood Education at Manchester Community College going for my associates degree.

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

growing up, I was always the first choice on who to hand their child to when it came to parents leaving their house and I’m babysitting or when they want me to bring their kid to the bathroom in a public area. So I believe that I am very experienced when it comes to caring for young children.

I love making puzzles and building Legos. I also love doing cute art projects and I love going outside and going on walks in the beautiful weather.

I have a younger brother with high functioning autism, and he also used to be nonverbal. I learned to be patient and take care of him and treating him no differently than I treat other kids.
