Learning how to pivot, be patient, and tend to the child's needs. It is imperative to fulfill the parents' directions and goals that they would like for their children. I think every nanny should know how to create healthy meals for children. For me, being a nutritionist, children's health is very important, especially with the American Standard Diet that we have.
