The most important part about being a nanny...
The safety of the children is number 1. After that my goal is to make sure the children are comfortable and happy. One big thing for me is also bonding with the child. I have seen a lot of caregivers that are doing so only for the paycheck. Their heart isn't always in it. I genuinely love kids, and always try to be as patient and gentle as possible, making sure the child has a good experience.
