A little bit about me

Hi, I’m Jamie. I am currently employed through New Story Schools as a behavioral technician/outreach tutor. New Story Schools provides educational and behavioral services to children with complex challenges, primarily those with autism spectrum disorder. I provide in-home services for students who cannot attend the actual school facilities. I work closely with staff and parents to develop learning plans based on the child’s individual needs. I am responsible for arranging and maintaining a safe and effective learning environment in the families’ homes. I’ve worked with students of all age ranges, but mainly with those ages 11 to 18.
Before I began at New Story, I was a stay at home mom for five years. I have two children, ages 7 and 12.
