My experience with special needs children...
I used to work as a house cleaning for more then 18 years to one family from 8am-6pm and they have a down síndrome girl. She was w/ me all the time whatever I was doing my job. I always reserved around 1hour just to be playing puzzle w/ her, draw and color, sing and dance. Sometimes going out w/ her for ice cream.
