The most important thing about being a nanny for me is creating a safe, warm, and stimulating environment where children can develop emotionally, socially, and physically. It’s important to encourage their curiosity, autonomy, and learning through activities that spark their interest and allow them to grow in a well-rounded way. Additionally, I value the trust that parents place in me and strive to maintain open and effective communication with them to ensure that their needs and expectations are met in the best possible way.
