What matters to me the most is the kids smile and with creating unforgettable memories with them. I strive to also help educate the kids in a fun way as education is so important in today’s society and so many kids now are caught up in phones and TV. Hands on and active interaction is key.

Working with 4 year old cousin diagnosed with ASD, I have no certifications however am very passionate about any special needs and am currently studying and majoring in Psychology at CUAA to go into the field of counseling or working in communications with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
The most important part about being a nanny...
Hearing my cousin PJ who is diagnosed with ASD loudest and softest laugh while swinging him around acting like he was floating. He has never been so open until he has been around me as his parents are in denial that he was diagnosed with the disorder. Getting him to slowly but surely start to non verbally communicate.
