The most important part about taking care of children is creating a safe and nurturing environment where kids feel comfortable to explore and learn. Building strong relationships with the children and understanding their individual needs is key, too. It helps them thrive and develop confidence.

I have worked with children with various special needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, learning disabilities, developmental delays, and physical disabilities. This experience has helped me develop a deeper understanding of each child's unique needs and how to support their growth effectively.
