I think the most important part about being a nanny is to make sure that the kids are 100% safe at all times. And make sure that they are being watched carefully. So that nothing happens to them !

I do not have much experience with special needs besides I would volunteer in my high school to spend time with our special needs students and make them feel wanted in our school and make sure that they were okay.

I nannied for my moms best friend littles for a few years, those kids are the funniest most sweetest hilarious kids ever. They warmed up to me and it felt like I was apart if there family.
