The most important part about being a nanny...
I believe the most important part of being a nanny is having patience and taking the time to get to know the child/children. I strongly believe each child is different and has there own way of thinking that needs to be understood in order to be the best nanny you can. I think its very important to connect with each child so they feel safe and understood no matter how young or how old they may be.
