Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love creating hands-on games that help kids learn new skills while having a blast. Whether we’re counting with snacks, playing alphabet hide-and-seek, or exploring nature in the backyard.

Crafts are another favorite of mine! I always have a few creative ideas up my sleeve to get little hands busy, from painting and gluing to themed projects that tie into what they’re learning. I also enjoy weaving learning into play, helping kids build language, fine motor skills, and confidence while we giggle and create together.

My goal is to make every day feel exciting, safe, and full of opportunities to grow, all while keeping things age-appropriate and joy-filled.

The most important part about being a nanny...

Some of my absolute favorite moments as a nanny are when I get to witness those little “lightbulb” breakthroughs — like when a child proudly counts to ten for the first time, ties their shoes, or finally feels brave enough to speak up. Watching their confidence grow day by day is such a joy.

I also deeply value being a nurturing, positive role model in their lives — someone they trust, learn from, and feel safe with. But it’s not just about the kids — building strong, open relationships with parents is just as important to me. I love being part of the team, working together to support your child’s growth, celebrate milestones, and make sure everyone feels heard and cared for.

Whether it’s sharing a proud moment from the day or collaborating on routines and goals, I truly enjoy creating that family-centered partnership. It takes a village — and I’m honored when I get to be a part of yours.
