Jayne has been an important part of my son’s life since he was born, and I trust her completely with his care. She has watched him on many occasions, including caring for him on her own for a full week this past July. During that time, she handled everything from feeding and diaper changes to naps, playtime, and his bedtime routine. She is calm, patient, and very loving with him.
One of the things I appreciate most about Jayne is how responsible and reliable she is. She shows up on time, follows directions, and keeps me updated on how he’s doing. I never have to worry when he’s with her. She is also very safety-conscious and attentive.
Beyond childcare, Jayne is a genuinely helpful when needed. She doesn’t need to be told what to do. She’s naturally organized and takes pride in keeping things neat and running smoothly.

I've volunteered with VBS when I was in high school. Starting at age 13 I started babysitting around my neighborhood. Senior year of high school, I nannied an 4 year old girl for the whole year. Picking her up from preschool mon-thurs making her snacks and dinner. Taking her to any sporting events, preparing her and putting her down for bed. Through out college, I was on bambino and would pick up babysitting gigs. Since graduating, I help take care of my 23 month old nephew.

I think it's very important to play outside, play sports, game boards, dance and sing, platy with dolls Ge their imagination going. I do not care for technology use with young children.

The most important part about being a nanny is creating a safe, loving, and reliable environment where both the child and the parents feel supported. It’s not just about watching a child, it’s about being present, patient, and consistent so they feel secure, heard, and cared for.
I also think being a nanny means being a true teammate to the parents: respecting their routines and values, communicating openly, and helping make their day-to-day life a little easier. When a family can trust that their nanny loves their child/children, keeps them safe, and shows up with a positive, helpful attitude, that’s when the relationship really works.

The most important part about being a nanny...
It’s hard to pick just one favorite nanny moment, but the ones that always stay with me are when a child suddenly “gets” something they’ve been working on—whether it’s stacking blocks, saying a new word, or trying something independently. The way their eyes light up and they look to you like, “Did you see that?!” is the best feeling. Being there to cheer them on and share that excitement is why I love working with kids.
