At Happy Trails for 7 months where I work as a Daycare Teacher working on crafts and small activities with the children. I have also worked at a Daycare inside of 24/7 Get fit which is a gym for 9 months where I engaged with the children and played with them. I have also babysat for 2 years for a relative of mine and it was her 1 and 2 year old where I made meals, went out to the park, planned crafts, and small clean ups.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
Activities I like to do with the children are to build forts, arts and crafts, puzzles, sensory bins, decorating cookies, making slime, making play dough, puppet shows, pretend play. Some outdoor activities I like to do with the children involve playing tag, riding bikes, going to the park, sports, jump rope, obstacle courses, flying kites, going on walks, collecting cool rocks, leaves, or flowers and making a craft for it, gardening, bubbles, washing toys, going to the local farmers market.

The most important part of being a nanny is providing a safe and warm environment for your kids and being there for them when they need it.

My favorite nanny moment was when one of my nanny kids didn’t want to sleep so we built a fort around their bed with some sheets and we put Christmas lights around the bed and I read bed time stories to the kids where they shared some silly made up stories and we had an overall good time and eventually it helped them fall asleep.
