I have personal experience caring for a child with special needs. My cousin, who is four years old, has autism, and I have babysat him on multiple occasions. Through this experience, I’ve learned the importance of patience, clear communication, and following routines. I understand that every child has unique needs, and I always make sure to provide a calm, supportive, and safe environment.
