Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I raised two boys who are now 29 and 30. I think I did a pretty good job, also with the help from their Dad and Step-mom. We made a great team raising them.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
Creating art and any kind of crafting. Coloring, fun skits, diy talent shows at home, puzzles, games, and I also love sports and can shoot hoops, play catch, throw a football. I don't game unfortunately but I'll try if asked.
The most important part about being a nanny...
That the child or children like me of course and have fun! Lol Also, that the parents feel comfortable enough to entrust me with their children. Making sure that the child/children are safe, protected and well cared for and as the parents would like not necessarily how I may choose to parent. I'm not the parent of your child, so I will do as you ask of me.
My experience with special needs children...
I have no experience with special needs children, but neurodivergent yes. I'm an ADHD baby! Oh and I am willing to get my CPR/First Aid certification. Signing up for this was sporadic as I saw it listed on jobs.com. But I will work on the Cert.
The most important part about being a nanny...
Don't have one yet but I hope to make some here in the near future. Course, I do have many favorite moments raising my boys some pretty funny ones!
