I worked 2 years in Academy - daycare ranges all different ages. i've also worked for a families as nanny. I started with a family when the kids were 1 and 4 years old. A newborn arrived also while there. as they grew up and school schedules arrived, we parted ways. I started working with another family triplets! I started when they were 2, and same situation as before, after a couple years, school started and the parents were able to make their schedules work. We are still friends to this day and spend time together on birthdays and holidays. Went to work for another day care organization, but truly like the 1 on 1 with a single family
