I’ve cared for a twin with a heart condition. Surgery went wrong and she had a stroke. Which then I had to tube feed, give medicine and always be on high alert and ready to react if need be.

My favorite nanny moment is when my nk told me I was the best nanny ever because I love her and her sisters, I give the best presents for Christmas and Birthdays and I pay attention to them. She is 9. It was a humbling moment to hear her say this to me. Cause I take much pride in what I do. Felt good to be recognized by a 9 year old. She was 6 when I started with them.
