Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
Vocational child care in high school for 3 hours a day, during both junior and senior year. At 15 I ran a church summer program. When the summer was over I began to work at a local daycare. I stayed employed there until I graduated High School when I accepted a job offer at Head Start. At Head start they sent us to CE conferences twice a year and paid for my college. I obtained my Child Development Associate majoring in early childhood development and psychology. After College I accepted an offer at Bill Ford Child Development Center where I continued to further my education. Sadly they closed when the bailout happened. Fortunately, multiple families asked me to nanny for them. I chose my family and stayed with them until the day I delivered my first Daughter.

I base all activities off of the individual childrens likes and interests. Every moment is a teachable moment for children.
