One of the most important parts about being a nanny is supporing a child's development and watching them grow, learn and achieve new milestones. I enjoy working closely with parents to help them accomplish bigger goals, such as establishing a consistent sleep schedule, or smaller milestones like learning to self-soothe, transitioning to a cup, or taking those first steps.
