After spending decades in the corporate world, I’ve made the intentional decision to shift my professional path toward something more personally meaningful: caring for children and supporting families as a nanny/caregiver.
As a 52-year-old mother of two grown children, I know firsthand how important it is to have someone reliable, nurturing, and genuinely invested in a child’s well-being. Parenting has been the most rewarding and grounding experience of my life, and it has equipped me with patience, empathy, strong communication skills, active listening skills, and the ability to handle just about any situation with calmness and validation. My corporate career sharpened my organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and sense of responsibility. But over time, I realized that what truly brings me joy is working directly with people- especially children, elderly and pets- and contributing to a family’s peace of mind.
