at school I offer to sit with any special needs kid or kid that needs extra help, I know how to calm kids and adults down, I always carry fidgets with me and calming items and stuff to help talk about how your feeling, etc. I babysit on the weekends at my campground and I used to babysit my neighbors little girl. i have lots of experience i grew up babysitting, :)
