I consider the mom it's in charge of all rules,
As long mom and kid are happy I am too.
Any fun play activities with kids, for example wearing customs, videogames, water guns, Lego, paint, crafts, hide and seek, water parks , as long as the kid it's happy and enjoy safely playing I'm happy too.
It's an awesome job playing and taking care of a kid. Your kids i treat them as my own family.
As long mom and kid are happy I am too.

My experience with special needs children...
When I work at the adult day care located at pharr Texas I just spend time helping the nurse talking, painting and playing Mexican loteria with the group of kids, rather than other responsibilities the nurse associate was in charge of the group of children.
But I don't have any experience taking care with children special needs.
It's interesting and I would like to pursue training about this.

The most important part about being a nanny...
My first formal nanny job, I work with the Paparakarthi Indian family in 2022 July thru September just 4 months. (The schedule was the only reason why I left that wonderful job).
I still miss that job a lot.
Eeshan the kid I was taking care of and his baby brother, motivate me to continue as a nanny now in days.... I realize that special moment when we went to the park and play in the arena area with Lego toys, there I figured it out this is a really fun and lovely work 😊
Spending time with a kid it's fun and you learn a lot from them, reminds me when I spend time with my cousins, even though I told this little buddy how I felt that moment taking care and playing with him, was pretty fun and it's a nice job, He felt so happy and so proud of it , he just wanted to have moments to be hiself and just play.
I recommend to all parents to spend more time with your kids it's precious and unique, they grow and time will never come back.
So enjoy your time in family.
