What matters to me the most about being a nanny is building a strong, trusting bond with the child and their family. I want the children I care for to feel safe, loved, and supported as they grow and learn. Watching them reach milestones, develop new skills, and gain confidence brings me so much joy. Knowing that I can make a positive impact on their early years and create a nurturing environment means everything to me.

The most important part about being a nanny...

My favorite nanny moment was when the little boy I cared for took his first steps. We had been practicing for weeks, holding his hands and encouraging him to stand on his own. One afternoon, while playing with his favorite stuffed animal, he suddenly let go of the couch and took three wobbly steps toward me with the biggest smile on his face. His excitement and pride in himself were contagious, and I couldn’t stop cheering. Moments like that remind me how special it is to be part of a child’s growth and milestones.
