Hi! My name is Jennifer Gerard! I have been working in the childcare industry since 2019 and have been a lead teacher for 5 years. I have worked with ages all the way up to 14 years old. I have experience working with children and adults with intellectual and physical disabilities, and was at one time a Registered Behavior Tech and worked closely with children with autism.
