After years in the classroom, I realized my favorite part of the job was building meaningful, one-on-one connections with kids—so I decided to make the switch to full-time babysitting and nannying.

I truly love being a sitter because I get to support children as individuals, help them learn at their own pace, and create a fun, safe, and encouraging environment just for them.
