A little bit about me

I am a recent graduate at Northern Michigan University with a Bachelor’s degree of Applied Workplace Leadership. At a young age I grew up around a daycare that my mom worked at. I started volunteering at that same daycare starting at age 12. Through my volunteer work, nannying in the summers, and babysitting I have learned patience, appreciation, creativity, and leadership for all ages. Starting at age 20, I came into the roll of a step-mom of a 5 year old girl and learned co-parenting and appreciation for all her role models in her life. At age 23, we have been in our home for a year and have our little girl full time. I have learned how to incorporate my life into a now 8 year old girls life and appreciate every moment we have together. We enjoy movie nights, hikes, skiing and snowboarding, drawing, music, and much more. My love of being around children has never changed and to this day I appreciate the chance to watch children grow into the people they are today.
