A little bit about me

As a teen, I worked in restaurants, where I learned quickly that most kids want to feel like one of the grownups. Especially in public. So, I learned from an early age how to keep them included and make them feel like they're being heard- whether it's ordering their own chicken nuggets, or when they get antsy, but don't quite know how to articulate the emotions of boredom or disinterest yet.

I don't have much babysitting experience, but I have a lot of experience relating to, and allowing kids to be included and treated as equals. I can take as much of a hands on, or hands off, approach as you prefer, but I will be available in whatever capacity your child needs to feel heard.
