I have babysat for children since I been 14, I would watch over family and friends children for long periods of time and the children would always be happy to see their parents but also a little sad when I would leave for the day.

I enjoy reading to children and letting them get involved into the story. I also enjoy playing with their toys and getting wrapped into their world of imagination. I also love trying to help them reach their milestone goals such as crawling, sitting up, standing, reading, writing and many more.

I think the most important part of being a nanny or babysitter is making sure the family I am babysitting for is happy and healthy, the child(ren) I’m looking after is happy and safe when I am near and they can tell me anything. While also having the parent(s) and/or guardian(s) trust me to watch over their child(ren) and that will take time and I’m willing to earn that trust

I would say getting to see the child(ren) grow and reach their milestone goals milestones on their time watching them be so proud of themselves is such an amazing and wonderful experience.
