The most important part about being a nanny...

was when we returned to the house one winter day, entered the garage and the inner door was locked. We were locked out. We all just started laughing. The door was normally always open. We talked, giggled, played with some toys that were there (soccer ball, tennis ball). Of course I called the Mom and luckily she was on her way and arrived within a half hour. It was just one of those times when we had to ad-lib. I think we did great.
