When I was in my thirties,I did a lot of babysitting on the side also.So I know what it takes to care for children or adults and one of the children out of the family of seven was a special needs child.She had a liver transplant when she was three months old,well she is now 14 and I was responsible for making sure she took her meds cause if not,she could die without it.So I am very detailed and observant when a child is in my care.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
The park,outside,walks of the weather permits,inside activities,playing with them when they want to play games or coloring and helping with homework,making sure they get their vitamins.Usually whatever the child wants to do I’m game.From my experiences children love for grownups th join in with their activities.I can problem solve and know what to do if they are crying and want to do something which is not permitted,I can comfort and explain why they can’t.
