Hi! My name is Jonell and I am studying English at Texas Women's University. I am currently searching for a new job during this pandemic and figured I should give this profession a try. My only experience with being a nanny is watching my sister's daughters (ages 2 and 5) and I have not gotten any complaints so far. :) I have no real experience being a nanny for other people, but I am easy to work with, very flexible with my schedule, have my own car, and I love kids! My only experience consists of watching my two beautiful nieces (ages 2 and 5).

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love going to the park with my nieces, playing in chalk, reading stories/telling stories, watching Disney movies together, having awesome sing-a-longs, playing with their toys, playing dress up etc.

The most important part about being a nanny...

Although I don't have much experience being a nanny, I think it's important that as a nanny one needs to be engaging with the children versus just handing them an iPad and calling it a day. Additionally, a nanny should be a positive influence in the child's life and contribute to adding fun memories to their childhood.

My experience with special needs children...

No experience, but I have plenty of patience and have no problem with caring for a special needs child.
