A little bit about me

Hey, I'm Jordan! I'm currently enrolled at the University of Delaware and looking for a position in Southern Maryland over my winter and summer breaks! I have notable and distinct experience supervising, instructing, and guiding several groups of children at a summer camp, in which I served as a volunteer and instructor for 4 consecutive summers! (at the Black Belt Academy PF, MD) and a variety of healthcare settings, as well as having first aid, CPR, and CNA certifications. I am seeking job opportunities during my winter & summer breaks (12/16 - 2/5) and (5/26 - 8/10)! I'm hoping to find opportunities to hone in on my expertise, as I plan to pursue a career in pediatrics!

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I volunteered and worked as a summer camp counselor at the Black Belt Academy in Prince Frederick Maryland for about 4 consecutive summers. I also worked as a taekwondo instructor for about a year. I mainly worked with the younger children ranging in ages from about 2-12 years old.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

Anything active and outside whether that's playing catch or taking a walk on the ACLT trails in the area! I love playing cards or board games indoors and coming up with different interesting games as I want to pursue a degree in either PT or OT and work in pediatrics!
