I am a retired certified science and math teacher with 23 years of teaching and childcare experience. I developed the STEM curriculum for the State of MD. I have 3 grown happy, successful autonomous children and 6 grandchildren. I am also an excellent cook and can easily teach your child to help around your home and cook too. I believe in the Montessori method of play and discovery, but I can teach math and reading at an early age too. I have 15 years as a paid physics, trig, calculus, algebra, biology and geometry tutor as well as reading and writing skills. Especially trained in PSAT, SAT and ACT testing preparation tutoring.
I have sailed my own boat from Calvert County MD over 14 time zones and 4 oceans.
I will not be lifting any children over thirty pounds due to my back. I play a lot of pickleball if you or your children would like to like to learn.
I have my own safe shallow private beach and pool nearby my home too. Loads of hiking trails for walks with your children!
