"We love Jordan! She is SO reliable, never sick or calling out. Great with the kids both in terms of helping with developmental milestones and also providing love and comfort. Takes initiative with activities for the kids, like going to library, etc. Jordan never gets rattled easily from fussing kids and is very confident in her caretaking abilities (as she should be!). My son was in her Tod1 classroom and she also helped us on the weekends and after school sometimes. She was even there for us when our second baby was born, so she has lots of experience with all ages."

More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
A bit about my background: I'm CPR certified, with valid First Aid and Lifeguard training. I also hold a Lead Teacher certification in Early Childhood Education and am actively pursuing further education in the field. I'm truly passionate about this work—I believe it's what I'm meant to do.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I'm a compassionate, present caregiver who loves creating fun, meaningful experiences for children. I enjoy planning crafts and educational activities tailored to each child's unique needs and interests, and I make daily outings (zoo, library , museum, play gym, storytime, park, pool, splash pad, etc.) and social time with friends a regular part of our routine.
The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part of being a nanny, to me, is being a safe, steady presence a child can count on. Kids thrive when they know what to expect and feel genuinely seen — not just supervised, but understood. That means showing up consistently, listening to what they're communicating (even when they don't have the words yet), and respecting them as the little people they are. When a child feels safe with you, everything else — learning, growing, trusting — falls into place.
My experience with special needs children...
I have extensive experience working with children across the full neurodivergent spectrum, as well as those with complex medical needs including G-tube dependency and diabetes. I've also cared for infants born with neonatal abstinence syndrome, supporting them through withdrawal with patience and trauma-informed care.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite part of being a nanny is watching a child feel truly seen and safe. There's nothing quite like the moment a kid who's had a rough start — whether from medical challenges, trauma, or just a tough day — finally relaxes into trust. I love meeting each child where they are, figuring out what makes them light up, and being a steady, calm presence they can count on. Every day brings something new, and getting to be part of their little victories — a first word, a big feeling handled well, a new skill mastered — is the best part of the job.

Part-Time Child Care Provider Available in Denver, CO: Danica C.
HiI'm Danica. I'm a patient and caring person who has been helping take care of my younger siblings since I was 11. That experience taught me how to be responsible, calm, and supportive—especially when it comes to working with kids. I really enjoy helping others and creating safe, comforting spaces where people feel understood. Outside of caregiving, I love music and spending time in nature, which both help me stay grounded and bring me joy.
