More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I’ve worked with kids at my church for several Bible study nights that the adults had. I watched three kids last summer. I watched a 3 year old little boy occasionally when they needed me. I have a nephew that I babysit for often as well and he is 3.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I enjoy being with the kids outside on a playground or inside with Plato or doing puzzle. I’ll sing to kids sometimes bc I love to sing. Well played ring around the toys or hide and seek if they are old enough.

The most important part about being a nanny...

The most important thing about being a nanny is to be diligence and being intentional while caring for these children. Parents have so willingly let other people watch their kids for them so taking care of them well and making their life important is very very important.

My experience with special needs children...

I have watched a little boy at my church before that has special needs. I would say I’m pretty experienced with special needs children. I am also involved in a special needs class we have at my church every Wednesday. Instead of the nursery, we’ll have the special needs children come into their own separate building to play, eat snacks and run around.

The most important part about being a nanny...

I was babysitting three middle schoolers last summer and my favorite moment would probably be playing hide and seek with them and tag. They were filled with so much energy so it was never boring.
