Hi my name is JoVanni, i am new to the state of florida but i have been taking care of children since my younger sibling were born when i was about 10/11. I became a free nanny/babysitter when I was in college to help out my co-workers who couldn't find a nanny/babysitter but also couldn't afford one or afford to miss a day of work. I adore children and plan on going to back to college to finish my early education degree to be a teacher! Im the sweetest but also very reliable and responsible! im not a lazy nanny either i love interacting with the children! Kids are honestly hilarious and their so loving and sweet who wouldnt want to be a nanny! I watch after each child and take care of them as if they were my own and strictly follow the parents rules or guidelines given to me.

More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I was raised by a single mother who had 4 children, two which were younger than me which i helped raise because my mother wasnt always able to be there! when i reached highschool i started taking care of my mothers friends children. When i got to college i started working at a in home day care and then stated watching after 4 children on a regularly basis for my co-workers who couldnt afford a babysitter or nanny! Before i moved to florida i was a nanny to another co-workers child because she felt that i could take care and tend to her child better that the daycare she had him in could!

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

i can be a very active nanny and i can be a couch potato nanny, i try to match the energy level of the children. i try to get on their level and be like their own personal best friend! i want them to enjoy themselves so ill run around in circles for an hour if i need to, or play with rocks, or read books, whatever it is, ill do!

The most important part about being a nanny...

is making sure that the parents requirements are being met and making sure that a connection with the children is made so i can be the best nanny i can be

I was watching after a little boy and the time came where i had to go to work because then i was being a free nanny so i still needed an actual job but when i was getting him out of the car and getting his stuff together he started to cry and this was a cry ive never heard before, we start to walk up to the house and he looks up at me and says " i dont like this one i only like when you watch me" we were both crying when his nanny opened the door!
