21 years ago I began working at a small preschool part time. I then found myself wearing the hat as head teacher at an amazing preschool. From that experience I began caring for children on an individual bases. Fast forward 21 years later and I still find the same joy in working with children. Creating a routine that fits each child's individual need to thrive cognitively & through experience is always my priority. I find it important to engage in activities that allow children to be independent & confident. Being a part in sparking excitement & happiness in children will never grow old!
