I am currently the Site director at an Early Childcare Program. I have worked with kids for about 10 years. I have been a teacher/teacher assistant for most of that. I recently took on this new role as Director September 2024. I have one kiddo of my own. He is 9 and my everything!! I love working with kids. I am just ready for a change in pace. I love helping children grow in both their social emotional development as well as their fundamentals. I am very loving, caring, and enthusiastic! I encourage good communication, by using our words. I highly encourage independence. Seeing them do things for/on their own is so rewarding! I will be your child’s biggest fan! I will keep them busy with fun activities! I can’t wait to learn and grown with them! I believe working with a smaller group of kids would be so much more fulling for me at this time.
