I have a cousin who has down-syndrome and I'm very patient and loving with him. They are super fun to be around and they are lovely people.
I also have experience with a family friend whose child has level 3 autism, but I can't say I handle that all too well. Although a sweetheart, it's a tough job! I'm always willing though.
