For me, the most important part of being a nanny is providing a safe and nurturing environment where children feel supported physically and emotionally. I believe in being a steady, comforting presence and creating a space where they know they are cared for and understood. When that foundation of safety and trust is in place, it naturally allows for fun, creativity, and exploration to flourish.
