My experience with special needs children...

I have previously worked with an autistic child, and while there were challenges at times, the experience taught me the importance of patience, understanding, and consistency. The most important part about being a nanny...

I love hearing about what they're learning, celebrating their accomplishments, and helping them work through challenges when something is difficult.
