A little bit about me

I’m currently enrolled in Triton Community College aiming for my associates in Psychology. I’ve taken courses my junior year or high school in child development and preschool that taught me the development of children from conception to age 12 as well as giving me first hand experience of being a preschool teacher. With these classes, I would’ve been able to graduate with a certification to teach preschool but due to COVID-19 was unable to take the final class that could’ve granted me the certification. I’m currently caregiving for my father who suffered a stroke in June of 2020 and am his sole financial, physical and emotional support. I cook, clean, and tend to his emotions as well as help him bathe, use the restroom, walk and commute to his doctor appointments. I may not have much professional experience but I have plenty when it comes to my family and home life.
